The History & Inspiration
The Creek
Sixteen Mile Creek is a river in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario and flows from the Niagara Escarpment through the town of Oakville to Lake Ontario. Commanding a majestic valley, Sixteen Mile Creek is a stunning natural landscape.
The creek is named for the distance from the river's mouth to the western end of Lake Ontario. It was previously known in Ojibwe as “niizhozaagiwan” meaning having two outlets.

The Connection
The world of business is an ever-changing journey. The evolving needs and wants of customers require organizations to stay one step ahead, carving a new path, innovating and challenging themselves to be better. Successfully navigating that journey requires the support of a trusted partner.

The Valleys
The deep ravine valleys of Sixteen Mile Creek and its tributaries are a testament to the powerful influence of flowing water. The chasms were carved over ten thousand years and water has continued to further refine and ultimately define these grand chasms.
This constant change and evolution are what inspired Sixteen Mile Strategy Group.
